The Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court will rule on Doctor Nandipha Magudumana’s bail application today.

In her bid to be set free, Magudumana told the court she was forced to leave the country.

Magudumana has remained in custody since her arrest and deportation from Tanzania earlier this year.

She and 11 co-accused face charges for helping the convicted rapist and murderer, Thabo Bester, escape from Mangaung Correctional Centre last year.
