Are Congolese Supporters Calling It Unfair? The Answer May NOT Shock You!
Following a frustrating goalless draw against Namibia last time out, Bafana Bafana have ended the international week with a victory. The 1996 champions saw off the Democratic Republic of Congo by an odd goal at Orlando Stadium in Soweto.
In a very tight game, Bafana managed to clinch a 1-0 victory through a goal from West Ham's Lyle Foster.
It seems that Foster has been the missing piece to Bafana's attack as we all know that the South African national football team tends to struggle in front of goal. Thanks to the laser sharp focus of Foster to clinch a goal for the team 25-minutes into the game, Bafana live to fight another day in their attempt to thrive in the AFCON competition.
